Hurricane Sandy may be heading towards the Jersey shore but it will send heavy winds to Nantucket.
Nantucket Harbor is getting a little "choppy" Brant Point Lighthouse to the right.
Homes on Hulbert Avenue with windows boarded. Hopes that flooding waters won't approach.
Nantucket Coast Guard Station and Childrens Beach
Fishing boats are secured in our downtown marina.
Weekend visitors line up for one of the last boats to leave the island. Before long the airplanes and ferries will shut down leaving the island of Nantucket isolated from the Mainland.
